Watermark Australia is an initiative of the Victorian Women’s Trust and has operated from the Women’s Trust office since 2001.
The current project team consists of:
Mary Crooks
Executve Director of the Victorian Women's Trust and Project Director of Watermark Australia.
Mary believes in the power of engaging the broader community in the big issues of our times.
Mary conceived the original project as well as directing it and was principal writer of Our Water Mark. |

Dr. Wayne Chamley
Wayne has many years of experience in environmental research and policy development. He is principal researcher for Watemark as well as being co-writer of Our Water Mark with Mary Crooks. |

Liz McAloon
Liz has a great passion for education and a long involvement with large scale grassroots community engagement processes in the community sector through her years at the Women's Trust. Liz is responsible for Watermark project administration, community network liaison and management. |

Ideas and action around water have to come from people all over Australia – wherever they live and whatever they do. The wiser use of water is our issue; requiring our involvement, our preparedness to adopt a new mindset and our willingness to implement wide-ranging solutions that have a lasting impact on water use and management.
